10.25~26 Nanaimo trip & sleepover

 Friday was awesome day! I went to Nanaimo for shopping with other international students. I arrived at the mall at 11am and I enjoyed shopping with my Japanese friend, Hina for 2:15pm. I bought some clothes. So I'm ready for winter!! The mall is like イオン in Japan. Next time for international students is Victoria trip on Nov 20 th. But the students who stay here for 1 semester can sigh up first, so I'm not sure if I can go there. If there are some space, I can.

 After the trip, I went to the used clothes shop with 2 Japanese girls, Hina and Mai to find good costumes for Halloween! There were lots of costumes, like Disney princes, vampire, pirate... I tried a Snow White! It was pretty, but 50$ So I gave up to buy it;( Finally I decided to buy this  black one! It was not expensive, my favourite one.

Hina and Mai came to my house. We made up scary face to practice for Haloween dance on Wednesday. 

 You can imagine, it was so hard washing my face!!!!! I had really really fun!!

10.24 Last school this week

 Today I had volley ball practice this morning 7~8 am. I overslept, so my host mom work up me!! I was so upset... We have tournaments Nov 7~8 and Nov 14~15. The coach is always kind, but today she was serious. 

 My first class was art today. I was drawing a picture like Japanese traditional. I like this class because no homework and I can draw what I want. 

 When I was the lunch time, one boy was coming to international room sudenly. He started to showed us magic using cards. It was awesome!! I didn't know how he found correct card. He was so cute❤️

 After school, I went to the gym to work out with my friends. You know... I gained weight since I came here, that's why I started to go to the gym. The gym is bigger than the gym in my city in Japan. There are many exercise machines! I love there. 

 Tomorrow it's provincial Day, means no school!! I'm going to Nanaimo with international students. It's part of international program in Comox Valley. I've been there three times, but I couldn't go to all shops. I'm also excited to meet friends in others schools. After the trip, I'm gonna have a sleepover with 2 Japanese girls in my house. It'll be blast haha!!

10.23 First blog

 Hello! I decided to make new blog from today, because I want to improve my English. Today I'll write about my school for 1month since school started. I have 4 classes, math, art, physics and PE. Every single class has 120 minutes. Actually I feel it's too long for me...:( We have a schedule like this picture. Friday rotates from Day 1 to Day4. My school time is at 8:57 to 3:20.

  I'm getting used to the school, but I don't have Canadian friends. It's so hard to make friends. I don't know...How can I talk with them? and What should I say? They also have some groups. The groups were made since they were little. Sometimes they talk to me something. But they said some words I don't know, so I couldn't talk with them long time, just few phrases. I was so mortifying!!

 I join volley ball team in my school. I'm a member of the senior team, grade 11 and 12.(I'm grade 11)I have practices on Tuesday, Wednesday at 5 to 7pm and Thursday morning at 7 to 8:30 am. I'm a bigginer, you know, so everyone call me like "Mako, move to right back !" when we are playing games haha. Volley ball is almost over, untill November 29. So I think I'll join musical and baskate ball. Musical starts next week. It seems hard for me, but I really want to try!! It's cool, isn't it?? I'm sure it will be a great opportunity for me!
